日本の漫画家。大阪府生まれ。第45回新人漫画賞佳作受賞後、 1991年より「週刊少年マガジン」にて『BOYS BE…』を連載開始。 本作が人気となり、長期に渡り連載されました。
連載終了後も『BOYS BE…2nd Season』や『BOYS BE…L CO-OP』などの新シリーズが連載されたほか、 テレビドラマ化やアニメ化などのメディアミックスも数多く展開されています。

Japanese manga artist. Born in Osaka. After receiving the Honorable Mention of the 45th Newcomer Manga Award, "BOYS BE ..."was serialized in "Weekly Shonen Magazine" in 1991.
"BOYS BE ..." became popular and was serialized for a long time. Even after the serialization, new series such as "BOYS BE ... 2nd Season" and "BOYS BE ... L CO-OP" will be serialized. Many media mixes such as TV dramas and animations are being developed.
