Millions of years have passed since our ancestors started to stare at the starry sky and saw a mysterious space. Although we in the third millennium know the stars much better than those early people; this knowledge does not diminish the greatness of galaxies, Because the more we penetrate the space, the more unknowns we face. As a child, like our ancestors, I spent hours after hours staring at stars, looking for greatness, which I could also find down here on the planet when I grew older in the Ghazals (poetry) of Rumi, one of the world's greatest Persian poets and mystics. While Rumi’s writing some of his Ghazals, Rumi was dancing the sama and spinning around himself, like the galaxies spinning around themselves in the infinity of the universe. That is how I decided to imagine Rumi's poetry with the beautiful Shekasteh (broken) Nastaliq calligraphic hand to draw galaxies, aiming to combine the greatness of the material and spiritual worlds.
