3) Fill the mansion with 10 talented and driven artists (musicians and/or comedians), and charge $1500/mo for rent.

4) Each renter has the opportunity to BUY their apartment simply by making 120 consecutive payments, while the NFTs from this 1024 collection can be used as payment in substitute for a single $1500 payment.

5) Owners of these NFTs can trade them for their artistic value alone, but they can also make profit by selling the tokens for more than their purchase price.
