By purchasing a unique "Avatar" or non-fungible token (NFT), a TRDEPASS will be given to the holder to access the Platform and become a member of the F3 Society. 

F3 Society Members receive exclusive incentives and benefits so long as they hold the TRDEPASS and Avatar. When Tradeshare launches its lending marketplace to the general public, only Avatar holders will have lower service fees. If a Broker is needed to comply with usury law, Broker Fees cannot be lowered. However, holders will be passed this Broker Fee while non-society holders could be charged an additional service fee. 

All use cases, including lending protocol, are subject to change.
