Summary
The purpose of this program is to Recognize Members for their achievements and participation in member and guild care. 

Members of the Month will receive 3000 BANK, transferred to their Collab.land tip wallet in Discord.. There is an expectation that up to two-thirds of the amount, around 2,000 BANK, will be used to tip new members in the guild in order to get new members acclimated to using crypto and gift culture. 

This type of Activity has been used by the DAO in Season 0 and Season 1, where the DAO decided to transfer all Level 2s 5,000 BANK for tipping new members. 
Process
On the 1st of each month a Sesh Bot Poll will be executed to solicit nominees for Member of the Month. At the close of the poll the member with the most votes will receive the Hype Reward and Recognition. 

Winners of the Hype Reward will be responsible for running the next one.
