Our mission is to strengthen athlete readiness for life after sport by leveraging our social learning community platform, Training Ground to deliver media, events, and education. A Byproduct of this mission has been to scale impact by use our technology platform to help organizations strengthen talent development, in our BIPOC communities. 

We believe that holding an NFT with written proof of your skill-building and experience holds the same value as holding a degree. We see a future where the blockchain and educational NFTs can potentially democratize education, remove negative stigma's from non-degree holders, and create more economic empowerment.
