Amicus creates bespoke digital membership NFTs [DiMes] for clubs.  They include smart contracts which determine exactly what the rules are for each DiMe - What it entitles the holder to (both online and offline), under what
circumstances they can be traded in a secondary market, and how the proceeds of these trades are split between the club and the DiMe holder.

DiMes can allow membership, and the rules governing membership, of a virtual version of the club in the Metaverse in the future, created by Amicus.  Amicus is developing a cryptocurrency which will be possible to use within the clubs, both real and virtual.
