The "Mindset Star" is the idea that what really forms your mindset is a culmination of your thoughts, beliefs, virtues, attitudes, and feelings. The star graphic being like an infinity symbol is purposeful, in that these five categories or things are constantly interacting with each other and impacting each other. The mindset star is like a filter for information coming in. Whether we hear something from someone from a conversation, or we watch or listen to a podcast or a movie, our mind filters those things. Along with that information, we also have to filter our thoughts, our own internal voices and internal programming. We do not have to believe and align with every single piece of information that comes in from outside or what we are thinking. We can choose and decide what truly aligns with us to our core and hold those as truth to our beliefs. From that, we create a list of virtues that I live by and know that I am in alignment with my higher self. On the other side of that, I will feel who and what I am not in alignment with. Our attitudes are a result of that alignment and how we portray ourselves to others. It is all connected, and it's moldable over time. By being aware through “Quantum Accountability”, where we take accountability for our mindset (the mindset being the core of who we are), we can create our destiny in life and build the best version of ourselves here.
