“The Circle of Abundance” is a tool that can be used to break your life down into 6 categories: Spirituality, Career, Time, Self, Finance Relationships. What is spirituality to me? What is my sense of career or work? What are my time management, my self, finance and relationships like? We can look at each category and ask ourselves “On a scale of 0 to 10, how am I doing?” Sometimes we may feel very strong in our spirituality and current relationships in our lives, but our career and time management has been a struggle. Breaking our lives down into categories and then simply rating them can be done on a weekly or monthly basis, as these categories vary with time. When you find yourself, let’s say rating at a 5 in career, you would then ask yourself ‘What would it take for me to get to a 10?’. From there you define and make a list of what getting to your (as everyone’s ideal is different) ideal 10 rating in that category would look like. Rating and mapping out your ideal 10 rating in each category helps to define your personal true north for each of these areas. Overall, this helps us achieve “Quantum Awareness”, being the best version of ourselves. This Circle of Abundance not only helps to guide you to your true north, but can continue to be revisited and utilized throughout life as you get older. As we all know, things can change, and we might change how we manage our time or our priorities with ourselves. The Circle of Abundance is meant to be revisited when we're feeling stuck or having a cadence of revisiting it on a quarterly or annual basis. The ideal questions to ask yourself when analyzing your life against the Circle of Abundance are: “Where am I right now in this category?”, “What's my ideal?”, “What types of things could I do to get me to my ideal?”, “Where would I be happy?”, “Maybe a 10 in a certain category is not realistic, but how can I get to an 8 ½?”. We then can map out and build our to do or action items from doing this exercise. This is a way to take “Quantum Accountability” and measure where we are in life so that we can take proper action to get a greater level of “Quantum Abundance”.
