The artist for this edition, Rosewolf, is an 11 year old girl from Ireland who loves animals and nature hugely. She also loves drawing animals and nature. She is profoundly dyslexic and so finds school a challenge. She prefers to kick off her shoes when she comes home from school and run out to her chickens and her dog Milly and then maybe draw a sketch of them to relax. Art and nature are her escape from formal education.

About the featured scientist, Rosewolf says "I found it inspiring that Elizabeth Blackwell realised that physicians needed to see what the herbs they were prescribing to patients looked like, so she decided to draw them all in 'The Curious Herbal'. This way patients could also see what they were taking. She used her artistic talent for something very practical. I thought it was sad that she did not get the famous recognition she deserved as she was a woman, and that a man who came afterwards and based his herbal on hers became known as the father of botany, Carl Linnaeus, so I wanted to shed some light on her."
