I had a week left before returning to England after 2 months in Thailand. Wanted to enjoy the last moments to the fullest, without distractions. With collecting memories and contemplating about what has happened and what was going to be next. Also, enjoying the last tropical sun rays, simply chilling around. Riding around the island on a scooter and thinking what stories and projects I am going to go for next. Visualising stuff and drawing in my head. Sometimes a break is the best boost of creativity. At least it feels this way for me.

But anyway. I had a van journey to Bangkok on the last day, 7 hours on it. Headphones on, music, views from the window and all that jazz. Arrived pretty late, got to the hotel nearby the Suvarnabhumi airport. Ordered some food with delivery, smoked a cigarette on the balcony with the view of some lake and stept early as the flight to Helsinki was going to be at 9 am.

Early alarm at 4 am. Coffee, cigarette, quick shower, squeezing all my stuff in my backpack and a taxi to the airport. Super long wait in the queue to the check in desk, last 2 cigarettes before the first, 11 hours, flight to Finland and a transfer to London Heathrow airport. I was knackered.

In London - temperature shock. And, of course, I didn’t have a coat or anything - why would I carry it around Thailand for 2 months where the temperature was, most of the times, over 30 degrees Celsius. Went through the immigration gates, got outside and - fcukin hell - it felt like -20. Brainfreeze.

I was lucky enough to find a cheap (actually cheaper than any hostel in the centre of London on this day) room on airbnb nearby Heathrow. A throw of a stone, literally.

A tea with milk felt good. Really good. So does England, maybe except the weather.

Miscellaneous Trippy Goods collection image

A collection of the random ideas that were coming to my mind. Psychedelic, retro-futuristic, abstract, random and weird.
