The flames devoured a town, claimed several lives and raced up the mountain at Lytton, British Columbia during the summer of 2021. The 2021 wildfire season may have been the most expensive and destructive natural disaster in Canadian history.

2021 Wildfire Exclusive Collection Series collection image

As the wildfires burned record land and structures during the summer of 2021 in Canada, the only benefit may have been the ability to capture unique images by photographers of all levels. This series of images was created by Photographer and Videographer, James Cousineau in various parts of Western Canada during these devastating events. Some images have been color adjusted in order to demonstrate the smoke and impacts on the air and in turn, our environment.
