Here is the second concept illustration in the collection of 10 in total that we did as a challenge for designers to portray Tesla Tower as a futuristic 3327 R&D laboratory where innovation in the Web3 space happens.

A great lattice-work tower nearly two hundred feet high, with a copper mushroom for a top. Sounds crazy? Well, more than 120 years ago Tesla made it. Truth to be told, no one knew what the tower is about, but the main storytelling goes that the tower is supposed to send electric signals by actually increasing and diminishing the electric charge of the earth. Well, that's something! Shroom, you say?

3327 - Tesla R&D Tower collection image

Nikola Tesla envisioned and established an ancient but novel exploratory remote transmission station (1901– 1917), otherwise called the Tesla (Wardenclyffe) Tower. The tower promised to be a cutting-edge universal telecommunication system. Had the Tesla Tower been completely constructed without any interruption, Tesla might have managed to change the pathway of history once again.

To celebrate the greatest geek who has ever lived, we organized an illustration challenge where illustrators and collagists from all over the world contributed to this collection. The idea was to portray Tesla Tower as a futuristic 3327 R&D laboratory in which we conduct research, design and engineering innovation. There are a bunch of easter eggs on each of the concepts portrayed here in this collection, but that's up to you to find and explore!
