A symbol full of symbols, what is more symbolic than an objective such as world peace among all nations? A flag full of flags where all of them draw a dove and that wants to represent this objective.
This flag has been conceptualized and realized thinking of generating a new symbol, a hyperbole from the sum of universal symbols: the symbol of peace and the flags of the countries of the UN.
During 2021/2022, we will work on the United Nations Agenda 2030 and the 17 Sustainable Development Goals approved by 193 countries that constitute the roadmap towards a new world, supported by administrations, social and economic entities.
It is an excellent reason to work on the existence of a flag that represents this global challenge unanimously subscribed.
The vehicle discipline for this cycle is graphic design and the art leader and curator is Mario Eskenazi, who will complete the team of participants and creators with the EINA design school and 3 professional studios.
FlagLab we have signed an agreement with the EINA school in Barcelona to introduce this project in the curriculum directed by Pilar Górriz in the course 2021/2022 with the commitment to hoist 6 flag designs that will remain raised on the mast of the Plaza del Sol following the calendar.
