This photo was taken on Nantucket, my little fair isle, on a fall day, at dusk. The colors of the setting sun reflected off of the Atlantic Oceans surface, creating small areas of shimmering light within the an ocean of purples. The currents made the water undulate in what seemed like an endless mass of gentle moving flow of the water, that I could only describe as GRACE. Grace brings us to our knees, and sums up emotions far beyond what we thought we could possibly imagine. I found myself crying, alone on the beach because of this powerful connection I have with water.
