The Dead Trademark Agglomeration is the first and only NFT collection dedicated to collecting and preserving unique dead trademarks. Each NFT is based on actual historical U.S. trademark records from a past trademark registration. All information comes directly from official sources and government records. Each NFT provides a chance to stake a claim to a unique part of history.

Only one NFT per dead trademark will ever be created as part of the Dead Trademark Agglomeration. New NFTs drop in monthly waves, each containing new NFTs based on trademarks that died during that specific calendar month. The total number of new NFTs per wave will vary slightly depending on the month based on trademark records, but will not exceed 50 NFTs per month.

Current NFTs for launch month (9/21) are part of Wave 0, a special unmarked, and lowest floor, wave consisting of 100 NFTs based on TMs that died in Sept. 1980. Wave 1 will launch 10/1/2021, will be marked as such with a higher floor.
