As a painter to the king of Spain, Francisco de Goya produced designs for tapestries for the royal residences, to be woven at the king’s tapestry works. The artist made small oil sketches to work out the designs, followed by full-scale painted cartoons that served as guides for the weavers. This cartoon is for a tapestry in a series decorating the dining room of the Prince of Asturias, in the Palace of El Pardo, outside Madrid.
The Boy on the ram decided to wear his hulk mask hoping he'd have superpowers to get the ram moving cause he's just about had enough of trying to get the ram to move.
In our Times Change - Superheros now, then collection we've created 12 unique original paintings. Each NFT depicts a child in an old masterpiece wearing a mask of a superhero, it reflects the current times we live in, where every child wants to be a superhero, and depicts a "what if now, was then" paradigm.
All our NFTs come with hand painted oil on canvas paintings.

- Each painting will have a height of 150 cms with a 10 cms border for framing.
