Issue #0: Deep Space

Seven Dead Stars is a new sci-fi adventure series from acclaimed music artists Unsecret and DJ Form. Set in the distant future, the story follows a band of unlikely heroes protecting the survivors of an alien war from a ruthless galactic regime. The series boasts a world-class art team that includes penciler/inker Cliff Richards (Batman, Justice League, Buffy the Vampire Slayer), colorist Michael Bartolo (Captain America, Iron Man, Star Wars), and letterist/graphic designer Kathryn S. Renta (Wonder Woman, Call Of Duty). With an accompanying soundtrack mixed by Greg Townley, renowned for his work on blockbuster films, Seven Dead Stars is a multimedia juggernaut aimed to conquer the universe.

NFT Ownership and License of Art. When you properly purchase or acquire this Non-Fungible Token (“NFT”), you own this NFT completely. This means you have the right to swap your NFT, sell it or give it away. You understand, however, that ownership of the NFT does not grant you ownership rights in the underlying intellectual property (“IP”) contained in the NFT. You are, however, granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license in the IP to display the unaltered IP for personal, non-commercial use and for purposes of presenting your NFT for sale in commerce. You shall not, however, and shall not allow others to (a) modify the Art for your NFT in any way, including, without limitation, the shapes, designs, drawings, attributes, or color schemes; (b) use the IP to advertise, market, or sell any third party product or service; (c) use the IP in connection with images, videos, or other forms of media that depict hatred, intolerance, violence, cruelty, or anything else that could reasonably be found to constitute hate speech or otherwise infringe upon the rights of others; (d) use the IP in movies, videos, video games, or any other forms of media unless solely for your own personal, non-commercial use; (e) sell, distribute for commercial gain (including, without limitation, giving away in the hopes of eventual commercial gain), or otherwise commercialize merchandise that includes, contains, or consists of the IP; (f) attempt to trademark, copyright, or otherwise acquire additional intellectual property rights in the IP; or (g) otherwise utilize the IP your or any third party’s commercial benefit.
