Ilich Ramírez Sánchez, nicknamed "The Jackal" is a Venezuelan terrorist who committed numerous attacks between 1973 and 1994 in Western Europe and various Arab countries, killing and injuring many people. In 1994 he was arrested and has since been imprisoned in France, where he was sentenced to life imprisonment.

His mugshot, in which he looks somewhat dopily into the camera with typical 1970s sunglasses, is world famous. To make this dazzling figure a little friendlier, this art was created.
