The BIOXPARC project was conceived around the primary needs of scientific research, in particular for the biotech sector: the protection of intellectual property in all phases of development of a research protocol, the availability of high resources standard (equipment and human capital), and finally the valuation and accounting certification of all the activities performed (intangible assets) in order to offer attractive financial instruments for investors. The first technology park is currently under construction in Morocco, in Marrakech and will host students, universities, companies and research centers from all over the world. Bookings of work areas, hospitality and ancillary services are allowed only to BIOXPARC PASS holders, within the limits of the amount of access to the exclusive areas
