A cultural zeitgeist.
Photo taken in 2011 in Sofia, presenting The Soviet Army Monument and its soviet soldiers being transformed into pop-culture symbols. The tagline means "up to date" while its literal meaning is "with a foot into the time", purposly encapsulated & hidden by the weary foot of the young post-communistic subject who was staring at it, while the eldery one was vaguely drifting his glance and dismissive views away from it.
The artwork/vandalism/cultural phenomenon was made by Destructive Creation and was demolished soon after. Yet, it created a zeitgeist from the past & future, in line with its message.
