Boingy has a twin brother named Hoppy. When they were created, their DNA was mixed with rubber super balls. Boingy can't aim his body when he bounces. He never knows where he will land once he starts bouncing. He’ll often bounce twelve or fifteen times before coming to rest. He's always happy but seems a little dazed, perhaps from too much head bouncing.
