A huge, open store, particularly for Manhattan standards. Large drink selection, moderate pastry selection and all standard deli options. CNBC plays on a mounted flat screen above a modest seating area. A nice spread display in variety and presentation, with more care brought to the task than a typical deli/bagel shop hybrid. Fast, happy staff push the score into the green.

Bagel
A large, puffy bagel with an indent for a hole. Toppings on two sides, standard plus oat at good representation. A pseudo-crumbly bite and slightly grainy, suggesting some age. Good salt presence visually but not as much taste impact as this bagel needs.

Cream Cheese
Served cool. A good amount but applied to one side only, making for some uneven portions. A tang heavy, dairy forward spread with the green tint of a blended scallion whip. Leaning this far into dairy ripeness is always a risky proposition but it's handled well here.
