Efficient staff. One might say antiseptic in its execution, but maybe that's good in this current climate.

A large bagel of the soft and doughy variety. Toppings on both sides with a thick density on the underside and solid ratios on both. Oat included in the standard topping array, which doesn't play much. Salt crystals are well deployed. A great example of doughy done right.
