Knapp Street Bagel Cafe - 3.58/5

Store
Middle-sized, boxy space. Long prep area against the left wall, large drink selection on the right wall and cash register against the back. Lots of potential food avenues to take beyond bagels - sandwiches, pastries and some light grocery shopping. First bagel store in the pandemic era to have an interior eating option. With full rain scheduled, it's the only chance a marathon walker/bagel tester will get to sit for the day.
4/5

Bagel
Served at resting room temp. Double-sided toppings, light on top and slightly more on bottom, all standard with some salt. Not much action to the chew - neither tough nor doughy, crumbly or crusty. It's good to sit in this chair though.
3.25/5

Cream Cheese
Served cold, applied with moderation but not austerity. Scallions provide green visual flourish but little texture or taste. Spread leans cheese-neutral. The woman seated at the only other table insists to an automated operator that she has the required tracking number.
3.5/5
