In 2018 I visited Dah-Hanu Village, which is located in Leh, North India. On my visit to this remote village, I had the opportunity to stay with a Brokpa family. The head of the family was an amazing father, grandfather & husband. I loved the way he treated everyone & everything. He had this unique friendship and care towards his animals. He was a role model in his village. His way of life taught me the importance of love, not to ourselves but to everything around us. Some people are meant to teach us important life lessons & he was one of them in my life. I understood that love creates a connection with everything & helps us find meaning and purpose in our lives.
