I am the designer and founder of a Chicago-based custom clothing brand that creates for men and women: MĹS Every Designer NFT comes with a physical fashion garment/accessory featured within the artwork and/or membership to the Designer's community (This includes: IRL and digital fashion, art & web3 events, educational content, limited editions garments, prints, and accessories for NFT holders). All the garments, accessories, and prints in this collection are handmade. Royalties from commercial/gaming/metaverse partnerships where items from this collection are featured are shared equally among NFT holders. 10% of Secondary market profits go back to the independent designers featured in this collection. NFT holders could own commercial IP rights upon approval and mutual agreement.
