The holders of the one hundred twenty five (125) Hangout Hawk tokens will be invited to join five (5), Sixty (60) minute virtual hangout Q&A sessions with Gary Vaynerchuk per "year" (i.e.). Each year shall be defined as the twelve month time period commencing May 6, 2021, May 6, 2022 and May 6, 2023. In no event shall any experience (including this hangout experience) occur after May 5, 2024.

In other words, there are Fifteen (15) total redemptions occurring as follows:

• Five (5) redemptions must occur between May 6, 2021 and May 5, 2022
• Five (5) redemptions must occur between May 6, 2022 and May 5, 2023
• Five (5) redemptions must occur between May 6, 2023 and May 5, 2024

All access experiences will be pre-scheduled in advance with 90 day notice via a VeeFriends representative
