This One of a Kind Titanium Level NFT is the first of a series in my Aretha Franklin tribute album releases. There is only one Titanium Level NFT.

"Angel" is a soul ballad recorded by American singer Aretha Franklin 49 years ago. The song was co-written by Aretha's sister, Carolyn, and Sonny Sanders. Aretha co-produced the song with Quincy Jones and it originally appeared on Aretha's 1973 album Hey Now Hey (The Other Side of the Sky). It was released as a single in June 1973 and went on to top the US R&B Singles chart for two weeks while reaching number twenty on the Pop chart. The single sold over 900,000 copies.

I love Aretha Franklin's music, energy, spice and expression. Everything about her and her music has moved me over the years. I was honored to be asked by Tom Joyner on his "One More Time Tour" in June of 2019, to perform a song in tribute to the Queen of Soul and open the Aretha Franklin Amphitheater in Detroit. I have recorded many or Aretha's songs and perform them regularly at my shows. This collection is to honor the Queen of Soul. Ever since I started singing at age 3 yrs, I have loved to be part of my audiences experience, sending my energy and touching hearts.
