In the spirit of old-school street-art, reminiscent of bar-room masterpieces marked on bathroom stalls, InkPnks are Fruckin Punk A.F.! (FPAF) InkPnks are gritty, passionate and moody, recalling simple comic-book graphic styles & newspaper funny pages.All InkPnks are residents of SPILLBRIDGE, a comic-strip world & sci-fi punk-rock municipality currently spilling out of the twisted but beautiful mind of Peter Hazen. There are 4 basic elements that make up the Ink Pnk Spill-o-verse: Poonks, Beasters, Magicians, and Faeliens.
Poonks - Poonks are just yer basic InkPnks, otherwise known as street riff-raff, low-lives, or freaks. (Latin genus Punkus Maximus) Beasters - Animals that have adapted to Pnk culture (or at least been rejected from their own), Beasters are InkPnks with anthropomorphic features and strong instinkts & odors. Magishuns - Practitioners of the Strainge Arts and Wyrd Sciences, these cocky InkPnks bend the Powers of Ink to suit their own wills and whimsies. Faeliens - Both fitting and defying the other 3 categories, Faeliens are made of exceptions, chimeras, wyrdlings, elemental intelligence, shadows, and an unsettling feeling of 'Otherness'.
There are several extra traits that may be taken on by any of these types of InkPnks, including: Tokers - smoke Croakers - speech bubble Drinkers - bottles, cans, glass Thinkers - thought bubbles Tinkers - objects & props Winkers - one eye Blinkers - eyes closed Birders - F*** off Buyers - crypto holders Lookers - glasses Cookers - food Shady - shades Toothy - smiles Flyers - wings & whatnot Swimmers - fins & tentacles Whistlers - music Haberdashers - hats Incognito - masks
