The Architectural Monuments is a series of ten images that depict monuments through the lens of an architectural photographer.

The photographs show symmetry, shapes and forms, and leading lines that are best appreciated with a critical eye. I enjoy exploiting light as a means of conveying a picture's mood. I made a concerted effort to present the structure in the best possible light. The drama of the surrounds contributes to the mood of the image, and I've taken genuine satisfaction in travelling and planning to photograph these monuments and document them in my own style.
