This digitised hand painted mixed media piece of art was created for my experimental 50 Ways to Draw a Face Challenge.
The concept was to hand draw or paint 50 different pieces of art inspired by one face reference image.
It's now become an official art challenge for Kick in the Creatives a website and podcast I co-created. Other artists are creating and sharing their version of the challenge on Instagram and our Facebook Group.

50 Ways to Draw a Face is an experimental challenge I created. The concept was to hand draw or paint 50 different pieces of art inspired by one face reference image. It was an experiment to push myself to portray a face in different ways. It led to the style I am now developing in my "Total Contrast" collection.
