My personal story is connected to this art. The first two weeks after childbirth were very difficult for me, sometimes I even cried from the pain. I tried to express my feelings on paper, and it worked for me. That was the turning point - after that, the hardest part was gone. What you see is the result of my home art therapy. The prickly figure below is a visualization of pain. A close person supports the heroine, the stars are his healing energy. The little character on the left also comforts the girl because he shows that the pain didn't come for nothing. The pain will go away, but the warmth and connection between these people will remain.
