Bence Pap is an architect, educator and designer from Vienna. He has worked as a project architect for several years for Zaha Hadid Architects in London - being responsible for iconic projects ranging from masterplans to cultural buildings. Within his own practice ATELIERPAP he is interested in the intersection of emerging digital worlds, mediums and craftmanship and our physical world - in meaningful ways.

This collection designed and crafted by Bence Pap | ATELIERPAP was a competition entry for the Solomon R. Guggenheim Foundation as part of the open Guggenheim Helsinki architectural competition in 2014. It is a building carefully composed to celebrate the world of art and novel contemporary content, with a unique set and continuum of spaces. Organized on two levels connected by gentle sweeping ramps, it takes visitors on a memorable visual journey. It seamlessly blends digital and physical worlds and embraces light and new mediums as a repertoire of its architectural materiality and presence.
