Anne Bengard Anne was best known for her large scale watercolour portraits in saturated pastel hues before switching her focus to oil painting and murals in 2017. Since 2020 she has also begun creating reference imagery for her paintings using 3d modelling and VR, exploring the intersection between the digital and physical.
About the Artwork The pineapple fascinated Europeans as a fruit of colonisation. NFTs and digital art creation fascinate me as a predominantly traditional painter. It is not my turf...but I also want a piece of the action...even though my heart definitely resides in traditional painting. Here's a really badly 3D rendered pineapple.
The artist collective: ARTIST STOP BEING POOR is organizing one of the first-ever NFT group shows, getting together artists from across the globe to exhibit and sell their work together.
The fully digital exhibition will gather works from different media and group them together into a 3d interactive exhibition. Art lovers will be able to browse the selection and buy copies of their favorite artworks, in order to start creating their digital art collection.
