Dirty Datuk is the first independent crime audioseries to come out of Malaysia, Southeast Asia

Produced by a team of creators determined to speak truth to power, this series deftly highlights abuses of power evident locally and common across the globe. It highlights the disparities between the have's and the have not's through the lens of a crime caper

This was a labour of love produced by our team of creatives whose underlying mission is to tell stories that matter whilst pushing the industry forward by attempting to rebalance the economics of scripted storytelling in favour of creators.

Why is this a NFT

###Economic value transfer. We believe in audio storytelling as a means to create viable franchises. In addition to that, it is clear that blockchain technologies has the potential to open up ownership options and associated benefits to fan community and creators of media productions. Utilizing both these growing mediums, we want to build IP together with those that have invested

###Independence and creative freedom- Pushing boundaries and taking big risks is what it takes to rise above the noise. This experiment is designed to be a case study for much wider applications that will allow us to tell the stories that matter, without platform interference. Ultimately we want to build on the Dirty Datuk franchise to create other series across a variety of genres that boldly goes where most producers dare not go.
