The 1/1 Bufo Canicidus was designed by Gremplin, creator of Cryptoadz. Bufo Canicidus, translating to 'Dog-killing Toad', was named by Tucson Herpetological Society based on Gremplin's artistic interpretation of the 'Bufo' toad.
SACRΞD GARDΞN is hosting the #savethetoadz campaign and auction to raise awareness and fund efforts led by Tucson Herpetological Society for conservation and research of Incilius alvarius, also known as the Sonoran Desert Toad or Colorado River Toad. The nocturnal toad is a semi-aquatic amphibian that lives in the Sonoran Desert of Mexico and the Southwestern United States and hibernates from Fall to Spring. Their cutaneous glands contain more than a dozen tryptamine compounds, including bufotenin and 5-MeO-DMT. The toads have large parotid glands that secrete a viscous, milky-colored substance. It is this toxin that contains psychoactive alkaloids.
SACRΞD GARDΞN, a plant platform from Dirt to Digital, is dedicated to the conservation, cultivation and exploration of psychedelic plants. To support the vital research and conservation efforts, charity auctions are hosted for various charities in collaboration with world renowned artists and partners. 100% of the auction proceeds less ENDAOMENT administrative fees go directly to the charity noted.
