This commemorative NFT marks the launch of our non-profit Art Is Solidarity, and the beginning of the #NFTs4Solidarity Minting Festival!
Using a 3D model of a micro-home provided by Earth Homes LLC, Olympia artists came together in Solidarity to create a scene to represent the possible future of housing. The artists used VR painting tools to create this short video as the first in the series.
"In our experience, the phenomenon of NFTs opening up the possibility of a truly interoperable METAVERSE, is similar to the experience of going from unsheltered to a locking door with privacy; it's jarring at first, a little glitchy, and quite a bit experimental to understand the responsibility of your own cryptographic keys.
