Terms and Conditions:

Any purchaser of the Platon (“Artist”) NFT Works (i.e., the winner of the Auction and its assigns and successors thereafter, the “Purchaser”) shall acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions in purchasing the Platon NFT Works:

(1) The Purchaser shall obtain the ownership of the Platon NFT Works, but any copyright, trademark right or any other intellectual property right of the Platon NFT Works shall not be transferred to the Purchaser and shall remain owned by Artist. (2) Accordingly, for instance, (i) providing the images or videos of the Platon NFT Works (such as its screenshots) to others beyond the scope of private use, or (ii) using them for commercial purposes (e.g., using them for merchandises such as bags, T-shirts, or smart phone cases, publishing them in books, or posting them on e-commerce sites or corporate websites) shall fall under the infringement of the said intellectual property rights and shall thus be prohibited. (3) Using the Platon NFT Works by modifying or editing any part of its image shall also fall under the infringement of the said intellectual property rights and shall thus be prohibited. (4) If the Purchaser, its transferee or any other third party incurs any damage or loss in connection with the purchase or sale of the Platon NFT Works arising from any cause whatsoever, in no event shall Artist be liable for such damage or loss. (5) All matters relating to the purchase of the Platon NFT Works shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, as they are applied to agreements entered into and to be performed entirely within New York and without regard to conflict of law principles.

This collection will feature 6 mini documentaries and 12 photographs. Three of the mini docs focus on human rights stories, of which proceeds will support The People’s Portfolio, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit with a mission of documenting human rights abuses, and the leaders of change around the world. The other three mini docs and accompanying photos will feature thought leaders such as Edward Snowden, Quincy Jones, and Willie Nelson.
