ACOPY is an artistic study by PR1MAL CYPHER of his colleague XCOPY and the project was started in APRIL 2020. Since the first days of his journey into the realm of #cryptoart, he was fascinated by his wild and raw style, which is why he was determined to pursue this artistic approach. After receiving permission to start the ACOPY project, PR1MAL CYPHER realized a collection of over 120+ artworks over a period of 2 years. What first began as an exploration of XCOPYs style soon turned out to be an evolution; reinvention and expansion… almost an obsession. What evolved were various small series within the overall collection. Probably the most important series is: "DEATH IS A JESTER" - followed by the series "THE LOVELITS". Further it came to the series "THE PRIMALBOTS", "A SELECTION OF PORTRAITS", "THE GLITCHES" and "A COLORFUL POT".

”ACOPY is a great tribute to one of the most wonderful cryptoartists ever. Our styles could not be more complementary. Maybe that is what fascinated me... the wild, minimalistic and dystopian in his work. I couldn't and didn't want to copy the style one-to-one and instead let myself be inspired and play with it. Furthermore, this work had something therapeutic for me, as I mainly created these works in hours when I was almost feeling burnout. There was something liberating about it. It was a breaking of boundaries. A detachment from all personal demands of perfectionism.
