##How it works Supporters can acquire area manager licenses in the form of Non-Fungible License Tokens (NFLTs). By completing microtasks outlined in the project description, they earn the exclusive right to revenue shares and commissions. The NFLTs are fully tradable on regular NFT marketplaces. Learn more

##What will I earn? In cooperation with Gamechangers.ai we’re issuing 5,000 NFT-based area manager licenses – called “Non-Fungible License Tokens (NFLTs)” for all cities (and a few very small countries) with a population of more than 100,000 people. As an area manager license holder, these potential customers – as well as any sale that occurs closest to your license’s location – are “yours”.

Example: Let’s say you hold the 5% commission area manager license for San Francisco with a population of 875,000. In a worst-case-scenario with a conversion rate of only 0.1% in that area over the next 3 years, and an average shopping cart value of $15,000, you would bank $656,250 (+ additional closest distance sales and marketplace commissions).

##The Master NFLT Owners of the Gamechangers Master NFLTs have the right of first refusal on any current and upcoming NFLTs. It works on a first-come, first-served basis. Master NFLTs, as well as Project NFLTs are offered with a constant price increase of $1. NFLT #1 will be available for $1, #2 for $2, and so on. If you purchased your Master NFLT #0005 for $5, you will be offered all future project NFLTs for $5 as well. This procedure does not only reward the early birds, it also increases trust in a project and reduces the risk of failure and losses. ##The Modular.Farm NFLT provides the following advantages:

1. Your earnings: For all NFLTs you hold, you will earn revenue shares and commissions - in exchange for some microtasks.
2. Fixed Price: If you reserved your spot for e.g. $5, you will be offered all future NFLTs for $5 as well.
3. Limited Seats: There are and always will be only 5,000 Master-NFLTs.
4. Tradability: All NFLTs are tradable on secondary marketplaces.

##What microtasks do I have to fulfill? You don’t have to be located in the area, that you own the license to. You can use Google Translate or hire a local support agent, but you have to make sure, that all communication with the respective customers is conducted in their local language. The duties of an area manager are as follows:

1. If needed, you have to provide support. If you don’t find the answer to a question on our homepage, just ask our global support team.
2. If needed, you have to organize professional repairs – due to our quality management this should almost never happen.
3. If there was a complaint against a single “modular farmer” offering his produce on our marketplace, you have to enforce and supervise some quality management. This should also be a very rare case since we can assume that our farmers will do anything to not risk exclusion from the marketplace.
4. Optional: Since you will most probably want to increase your commissions, you’re free to help spread the word, do some local marketing, contact local newspapers and radio stations, host or be a speaker at events, etc.

##How do I pick my area? After your purchase, please register your NFLT or contact us, so we can contact you if there is a microtask in your area pending. You can then select your favorite area (if still available). As soon as you're registered, you are eligible to receive revenue shares and commissions directly to your wallet.
