Michelle’s periodic proclivity towards densely occupied spatial configurations is presented here, with buildings in three corners of the painting and foliage filling the fourth. This street view is of Old Havana with its traditional Spanish-tiled roofs and wrought-iron terraces. Within this work, the road is wet from a recent downpour and the sun is subsequently beaming, revealing the reflection of the buildings in the puddles on the street.

This is a 1/1 NFT of the original 26" x 38" inch oil painting.

Michelle's paintings are currently being shown at the Millennium Gate Museum in Atlanta, Georgia. Michelle's exhibition debuted on the 26th of June 2021 and will continue for the following months.

On the same day that Michelle's artworks debuted, the Cuban community of Atlanta came together at the Millennium Gate Museum to celebrate liberty for Cuba. This day was officially declared José Martí Day by the governor of Georgia. During this event, a statue of José Martí was revealed by the Martí Historical Society, Inc. with well-known guests Andy García and Enrique Chia. We hope this statue serves as a symbol representing hope for a free Cuba, and not just Cuba, but in all places... As if a signal fire from God declared to us what was to come for Cuba on July 11th, 2021.

Michelle's art reminds us of the light of this world. Taking us through the sacred hallway to the sea that sets us free. Michelle's art now walks the seas of OpenSea with NFTs of her oil paintings.
