Where does the individual end, and the collective begin? At what point do our seemingly personal experiences become transfigured into something that is greater than the sum of its parts?
We asked our community to provide us with images that evoke positive emotions for them, from their everyday life. Private joys and comforts; little slices of their homes and natural surroundings. Artist David Crunelle took these small captured moments of private happiness and synthesized them into this work of art. Each member who participated played an equal part in the making of this art. It is through our communal experience of reality by consensus that the mundane is transformed into the sublime.
