Reactor number four of the Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant suffered an explosion during a technical test on April 26, 1986. 4 years later, nature took over the buildings near the nuclear plant and Fidel Castro is welcoming the first group of Chernobyl children it Tarará in 1990. During the next twenty years, more than 23 thousand children from Ukraine and Belorussia were rehabilitated from radioactivity poisoning issues in Cuba for free. However, most people do not know about it. This is a manifest of life.
