But the country has grappled with a string of natural disasters that have impeded its economic development. Nevertheless, Indonesian artists have risen above these environmental, economic and political situations and channeled their energies for positive outcomes. This collection is a reflection of their emotional and social grit and their unstoppable creative talents.
