In a stereotypical society, it's incredibly tough to open up and to seek help when it comes to mental health. In a society that tells men to 'Man Up' and "Be Strong'- conditioning young boys to suppress emotions and 'just deal with it'- it is difficult for men to acknowledge their feelings and reach for help in times of need. Across the world patriarchal norms of masculinity dictate how men respond to seeking help.

'Break Free' is a symbol for men and all of us, to shatter these limitations and fight through the stigma for our own mental well-being. It's a sign for the society to let go of toxic cultures and create a safe space.

The flowers symbolize feelings and vulnerability, The hand on either side- inspired by 'The Creation of Adam' symbolize reaching out for help and the rising sun reflects hope.
