Simco Drops presents '999flower' by Petra Cortright. For this series of works, Cortright started with a complex mother file of painted digital elements and photographed still lifes of flowers. Her scripts then distorted layers at random, re-arranging them and shifting them across the plane to create 999 unique artworks. Each familiar but distinct from one another, with the starting point of the 999 being exact but the end results a form of digital chaos.

The drop of 999 works will happen all at once on 10/14/2022 at 12:00pm PST. The collector who acquire the most '999flower' works will be awarded '999flower0' and '999flower00' respectively. Additionally, a random collector with at least one'999flower' artwork will be awarded '999flower000'. Each '999flower' artwork purchase also includes a link to the unique PNG image file via the IPFS gateway.
