En mand der fungerer i en global verden. Men føler en dyb forbindelse til den skandinaviske natur. Dens råhed. Dens frugtbarhed. Og dens storslåede ubarmhjertighed.

De skiftende årstider definerer Den Neo Skandinaviske Mand. Han kender til sindets siluetter og det mentale mørke. Krigene i syd og øst som hans forfædre flygtede fra, ligger stadig i ham som et melankolsk lag af nedarvede trauma. Dette gør ham stærkere. Mere kampdygtig. Men Den Neo Skandinaviske Mand vil til hver én tid undgå krig; da konsekvenserne deraf har formet ham.

Den Neo Skandinaviske Mand ved, at vi alle sælger os selv til kapitalismen; og at det er dét system vi har valgt. Måske i mangel på bedre alternativer? Men ikke desto mindre er penge, systemet der forbinder vores samfund.

The Neo Scandinavian Man - A portrait of the Scandinavian man of the future. A mixture of the robust Nordic skeleton, and a glowing pigmentation from the influence of migration.

In 300 years, Scandinavia's new and old population groups will be so mixed that all men in Scandinavia will look like The Neo Scandinavian Man. A man who knows his strength; and his vulnerability. A man who works in a global world. But feel a deep connection to the Scandinavian nature. Its rawness. Its fertility. And its magnificent ruthlessness.

The changing seasons define The Neo Scandinavian Man. He knows the different silhouettes of the mind. The mental darkeness. The wars in the south and east from which his ancestors fled still lie within him like a melancholy layer of inherited trauma. This makes him stronger. More combative. But The Neo Scandinavian Man will avoid war at almost any cost; as the consequences of war have shaped him.

The Neo Scandinavian Man knows that we all sell ourselves to capitalism; and that capitalism is the system we have chosen. Maybe in lack of better alternatives? But nonetheless, money is the system that connects our society.
