The warmth of the sun continued to shine against my cheeks. All I could do was sigh with happiness at the brilliance that it brought. Spring had arrived and I was itching to go outside and make something out of myself, knowing full well that the time has come for me to move. Staying inside the house during the winter made me sluggish and it didn’t even make it any better that it was cold outside.
To allow the sweet spring air to wash over me made it that much more electrifying. I couldn’t help but be happy.
Silently, I basked in the sun, excited for the many days to come.
