Independent music publisher Ulysse Records attracts investments by selling the Rights to our catalog in the form of equal shares. The purchase of one of these tokens gives the Buyer 5% of Copyright and Related Rights to the entire music catalog of the Ulysse Records label group - both for already released tracks (from 2010 to 2022) and for all future ones. Each Buyer can buy either one or all of the available tokens. In total, 8 tokens are issued - 5% of the Rights in each. Tokens and their face value are summed up - one Buyer can purchase all 8 tokens and thus get 40% of the Rights to our music. After buying the token, the Seller (Ulysse Records) receives an obligation to send 5% of net profit quarterly to the Buyer's wallet. Royalties are sent to a wallet convenient for the Token Holder every quarter in early February, May, August and November (in the first week of the month). The token can be resold. All funds raised as part of the sale of these 8 tokens will be spent by us on development, PR and contracts with new popular artists. Welcome to the Ulysse Records music family!
